On April 23rd, I will be participating in the Lowndes County Relay for Life to raise money for cancer research. Almost eleven years ago, my mom lost her battle to cancer. My mom was an incredible woman, who loved life and loved people. She was one of the most giving women I have ever known. She was always doing something for someone else.
